Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting our Customer Support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Note: Returns without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue:
- Contact our Customer Support team.
- Provide clear photos and a description of the problem.
Upon verification, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the item at no additional cost.
- Store credit, issued within 7–10 days, valid for 90 days.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
